Saturday - 9.75 @ 48min
12.1875 mph
Sunday - 15.43 @ 72min
12.8583 mph
my goal is to get to 15 miles per hour on the bike...
in running my goal is 13 minutes per mile...
swimming - to swim a mile without stopping
