food for thought

the 17 day diet is forcing me to try to be creative with the meals each week especially since saucy fatty and crunchy bready items arent on the list...  there is a whole list of veggies that can be eaten...  it just requires creativity - well at least that i is my thought in an effort to keep from getting bored...
so last night i sauteed brocoli with onion, green pepper and some dried apricot...  it tasted pretty good...
i mixed some non-fat plain yogurt and mixed with curry powder to drizzle on top...
the grilled chicken was grilled chicken nothing too exciting
tonight i made turkey burgers and added grated carrot and zuchini to the ground turkey breast as well as some grated mozzerella ... to add additional flavor i used ground mustart and nutmeg...
i served that over a bed of lettuce with a sliced tomato and some green beans...
another pretty good meal...
tonight's dessert may be the rest of the Silk in the fridge... back to regular milk...
