I know this is probably a bit extreme but the WW people when we did that at work said that 2 pounds per week was reasonable and there are still 6 or so weeks until Ireland so I think that maybe it is within reason....
I borrowed the 17 Day Diet book from KP. She was disgusted with it as after 17 days there are 2 more sets of 17 days... Which actually makes sense in the long run..
This first set is the one in which you purge the sugars and carbs and stuff... Felt it was a good offset to my binging on crackers last week. Of course it has not been without error this week. I would say that it has truly only been 2 days out of the 4 so far that I have managed to stay away from the high carb items. I hope to get through the 17 days without faltering again. It's just I really enjoy a lot of those types of foods.
This week has been tuna salad and apples and kefir and berries and eggs and the like...
I think next week will be spinach salads and curried chicken (of course that would have to the dinner meal to avoid breaking any lunch rules)...
We shall see....
