went to the gym today to swim
the pool was full but there was a girl paddling, wading in a bikini in the middle lane that offered to share
she had a knee injury and was using the pool to do some low impact activity
definitely an interesting lane to share - used to sharing with someone zooming by me
as i told her however - good to swim with crowds - it does get me prepared for race day
i was glad with the swim - i think my stride and stroke is coming back to its own
i felt stronger when i got in the pool for the first time this season - now it feels like it is flowing through the whole workout
now if i could only get the counting of the laps down- i always lose count
and i cant forget the dead cricket at the bottom of the pool
