went for a run tonight at the gym... it felt awkward in some respects..
new socks; thinner socks..
tight calves... a bit overheating (even inside)
sore legs... tired legs....
but i pulled through...
what did i notice in it all? as much as i think i have running in the mix - I DO NOT!!!!
other things i noticed..
men - if you need accessories to hold your hair back while working out; you need a haircut...
ladies - the sign stating please be mindful of other members and limit cell phone usage does not only apply to English speaking patrons - i did not appreciate the chatter during my cool down...
tomorrow gonna try an AM run
