I know I start off the day talking about losing 3 pounds and spend a better part of my afternoon looking at healthy food alternatives.  I cant say that I have formulated a menu for the upcoming week just yet.  I got side-tracked with whoopie pies and how to make them with summer fruit instead of chocolate...
