that was 12.43

i worked up the nerve and threw in some of the Y Tri Ballantyne bike route...
The Crane (your neck) extension...  it was a little longer than the last 2 days without any trail...
Didnt do the trail - just too many cars in the parking lot - figured would be lots of people...

The swim - gosh I lost count on the swim.  I was so into thinking about the Y Tri Ballantyne and that swim distance that I lost count a few times...  I would say I covered 10x4 but I am not positive...
