I started with the loop around the neighborhood. I did the downhill runs - by Robert & Catherine's, from the culdesac, from the back culdesac, to the gazebo.
I was at a mile when I headed out of the neighborhood. And headed towards town. I was thinking another half mile out, half mile in. I ended up with a mile out. I ran ths shady area between Blythemill and the dog spa (of course that is as clear as mud given all the crazy dog spas in town). I got to the road closure and turned around.
I ran back down the hill by the clock shop to the diner. I guess. You know me, I start doing the self talk - OK start running at the top of this hill in the shade and run to the flag/sign/next shadow/driveway... whatever it is to get me going.
I walked again to the top of the hill at Blythemill and then ran down again.
The last runs were in the 3rd leg of the trip - the leave the neighborhood and go left mile.
I guess I got a good hill mix in. According to the Garmin I ran 10 times. Each time about a minute or so. And distance wise I would say it was about a 10th of a mile each time. So I wont complain. That would be a good pace if I could do 10 10ths at a minute a piece.
AHhh - I have hope.
