so today was my rest day
after the 3 days of total swim/bike/run i know i needed to work a little respit in
i had dinner with a client - we talked extensively about swim/bike/run which was nice
she is inspiring... she is pushing herself to some longer distances - which i havent embraced just yet
i need to pack my gym bag - to do the whole deal again tomorrow..
there is a narrow window of swim lanes in the Y pool tomorrow and i need to be on that
the bike will most likely be staionary
and the run? probably do the track
thursday back to the biker shop for some hydration assistance so i suspect my bike will be on my bike on a trail - others will be in mke - so a lunch swim may be in order as well... with a run in the neighborhood
OK just got a bit overwhelmed - guess i'll stop thinking on that
