9 weeks to go - back at it

I went to bed around 10 last night.  I am getting to the point where 11 just is too far away.  I would have gone to bed sooner but I ended up watching White Collar instead.  The early to bed idion does go hand in hand with early to rise.  I cant say I know what time I really woke up but I was out of bed around that 5o'clock hour.  Someone else has been hitting the pavement at that hour on the bike.  With the sunrise slted for 6:26 in these here parts, I was not in any rush to get out there just yet.  So I made some coffee.  Plotted rides and distances and then hit the pavement a little after 615.  I did one loop again this morning.  With little side roads here and there.  I should do a larger loop tomorrow.
AND I need to sync up my HRM and start wearing that again.
AND the footpod for the subsequent run.

The next Ramblin Rose is in 9 weeks.  This race has a bit more of a hill to it on the bike and the run.  So I definitely need to start adding some more hill work into both routines.
Sure sycling and running downhill is easy.  It's the uphill I need to work on :)

Hope to swim later today.
