my day of rest did well by me, i think
i ended up hitting the gym on wednesday and doing the same 1000 yard routine in the pool
then i did 5.25 miles on the stationary bike in the locker room - not that exciting just something that needed to be done
yesterday i did another swim - 1100 yards - or maybe even 1150 i lost count... i did one longer run of swimming and i think that kind of threw me
or it could have been the BAD air quality yesterday
i didn notice the haze as i left for the gym... it looked like it could rain but not quite..
when i left the gym it just felt oppressive... i felt overly tired
it could be the cumulative effect of all the days of training
who really knows
so i came home - had my carb for the race - frozen pizza - and a salad
watched part of vampire diaries - i am really not that fond of repeats
and went to bed
the time was 904 when i looked at the clock last
i woke up a little after 4 and fell back to sleep
a good nights sleep in deed - love when that happens
gonna throw in some last workouts today and make tomorrow the rest day before the race
