I just couldnt lug myself out of bed yesterday for a run. It was more to do with tight legs from gardening and lack of motivation. Spending a portion of my mid day in the car and working late after having been sucked into sorting an excel spreadsheet... making my way to the gym last night did not happen! I started to call it my OFF day. But let's be realistic next week is going to entail more off days than on.
So I opted to make it a yoga day. I dont work yoga into my routine on a regular basis. I am not sure why - probably lack of time.
However I found a great little beginners video on exercise on demand tv that I think I will keep in my mix as long as it is accessible. It sure helped with stretching out all the tight spots.
Now just need to figure out how to work that extra hour into the mix a couple times each week.
