i straightened out the house to some Progress over Grooveshark and eventually made it to the gym... it helped in giving myself a reprieve in the amount of training i would do...
I did a little over a mile in the run - even hit some good personal bests...
I did a little over 5 miles on the bike - sat in the cardio theater and watched some of Russell Crowe's Robin Hood...
Then I went back in the water... It was better today. The irrational thoughts from age 8 weren't as strong. I mean really? Sharks in the water. of course all this talk of the sharks will result in nightmares this evening...
But it felt great to get out there and just move. It is so nice to just let the music play and your body move. Now if only I could find the chutzpah to dance along the track instead of run - NOW THAT would be fun!
