since wednesday or thursday i have been working on the workout routine and the travel time table to convince myself that i could in fact work in a training bit today...
as i sit here with about 10 minutes before leaving for the airport i can wonderfully admit that i did in fact accomplish that goal... i didnt fit the run in - remember i have been griping about that..
i am thinking that i small walk along the treadmill when i get to the other end - i mean sitting on a plane all day does warrant some stretching out... and doesnt the long walk through the airport count as something?
i covered 8 miles on the bike and 11x4 in the pool... the biggest things i noticed - my legs were sore after yesterday's onslaught of activity... probably confirming that i should not the splash & dash or mock tri the day before the race... also the yoga stretch program isworking the muscles in a different way...
as for the swim - i did swim 32 lengths without stopping... think i am getting my rythm back
YAY ME!
now to load up the car!
