it was a busy day of training yesterday and i hadnt gotten to bed before 11am the past 3 nights... making it to 10 is normally a major feat for me so...
last night i had dinner at a friends house... why do burgers always taste so good after a big workout? i am sur it is the protein fat combination - chicken doesnt normally cut it for me... eggs do as does tuna salad - hence my thought that my body is craving some fat as well..
from there i proceed to get sucked into this week's guilty pleasure some more... there is so much crap on youtube you can waste so many hours!
does it piss the distributors off that i could watch the whole directors cut version last night via youtube? it wasnt available on netflix.. and i wasnt going to order an import... and here it was... i swear it was 90minutes + later that i got through it all and went to bed...
and then i have the whole marching sound of kidz running through my head and settling into sleep is difficult...
so today starts off slow..
