yesterday was a long day - work... prepped for next week's meetings, printed maps and directions, odd emails... got to the gym later than anticpated... oh and did i mention i had 2 meals of junk food including variations of fried chicken on fatty bread and ice cream... i was hoping to knock out a big ol' workout to counteract it all... i did 8 miles on the stationary bike in the cardio theater... watched some more of avatar in there... then out on the track to run- UGH the run... here is a little bit of TMI when it comes to me and running - the bra, swim suit mix need to be just right or the run will not happen and I suspect that the amount of salt and fat and water retention as result of all the junk food added to the misery of the long combination - so only a HALF a mile was covered and mostly at a walk... from there i was going to swim and i should have but i did not... headed home instead
had a nice chopped salad of turkey, beets and feta for dinner and pretty much went to bed...
that wasnt the lovely day - that would be today...
