every time i get back in the water this is one of thing that i work on... most of my drills are focused on the breathing... and i have to say that i feel like i am getting stronger with the left side breathing.... the drills still freak me out. i still get water up my nose in an effort to find just the right placement to be able to breathe but not have my head stick too far out of the water. but my sense of balance on the left side is definitely getting stronger. that will be my focus the rest of this week... then i need to focus on speed...
