for semiannually scheduled work travel... i knew that i would have to be on my a game for training this month... i had 6am meetings yesterday at a location an hour away - you do the math... when the last set of meetings ended at 5pm there was no way i would fit in an evening workout either
i was asleep by 930
i am leaving today as well on travel... i am supposed to squeeze in a walk along the lake this evening... i dont suspect it will be any sort of heart rate raising event but at least it will be better than the normal 5000 calorie meals we usually spend our evenings with... the next 2 days are 7am days as well so i dont think the workouts will happen there either - that is always a toss up depending on how breakfast works at the restaurant..
so that brings me to firday night when i get home - I MUST make sure i work out every day that i am home because I do turn around and leave again - and that next trip - there is NO room for workouts...
