KP has a book on running that talks about it a bit more than my TRI books do
but still dont get it
most of my training is interval - at least with the run since I struggle with it...
most interval training on the bike is road made - uphill, downhill - with the occassional messing with the gear, and getting out of the saddle
spinning allows for easier interval training
swimming could but the swim fast concept and I havent found a good rhythm or routine yet
so feel free to send on more info
