heard something last week that got me back on that thinking with respect to the athena category and how healthy am i really just because i can finish a tiny triathlon...
of course it didnt help that i wasnt feeling well earlier in the week and went to the doctor (i know i was feeling that bad) and i had to get on the scale... the reality that i just didnt want confirmed because i could just tell was that i had put back on a bunch (or maybe some) pounds since i was on holiday and traveling for work...
so that too got me thinking...
how do i keep myself healthy
how do i do a better job of eating when i travel
how the heck do i lose that weight...
so i have 4 weeks to the race and lots of focus on lots of things to try to hit some certain goals...
gonna give it my best
must be the antibiotics have finally kicked in and i am feeling better
