Not too sure how to use it. Thankfully the weather is holding out so I don't need to figure it out just yet. But I am a proud owner of a bike trainer. I have been contemplating getting one for a few months now. I just haven't wanted to part with the additional $$. I had been considering canceling my gym membership since I haven't been in a while to cover the cost. Instead I bought a used trainer for less than half the original cost. Helps to know people. And I expect that to be my resource as well when I finally need to figure out the set up.
Rode twice this weekend. A fun use of time!
