Well I went for a swim on Friday night

100 cool down
Decided to ramp it up on Saturday
100 warm up
400 straight
300 straight

100 cool down
Trying to motivate to go to the gym right now to do another similar set
Late opening on Sundays and would probably go to the closer gym and run the risk that there wont be a lane available
I am slated to go run/walking this afternoon as well so part of me is thinking to just lay low on the swim excursion
Just nervous that the rental car place will be slack as always tomorrow and then I wont get a lane for tomorrrow night's swim
