Tonight's swim was another good one. OK - I must admit now that I am thinking about the left hand breathing it has become more difficult again. So I am not pushing it.

ALMOST a mile!
Sure there are breaks in there but how cool is that!?
I don't think I have swam that far before in a workout. Good for me!
