Wow.. Those bike cruisers from last week sure were comfy. Yes, that is what went through my mind this morning as I got on my bike. I totally winged it. The sun came out for a brief moment and I knew if I delayed I would not get to biking. I pumped up the tires, threw the bike on the car and headed out. No watch. NomHRM. Nothing.but at least I got it done.
Now still pulling together the game plan for the next few weeks.
