Well I had the last of the bran muffins today. But for tomorrow I am trying a combination of quinoa, bulgar and lentils with apples and dried cherries.
It is in the whole grain attempt to combat the cholesterol.
I have oatmeal as well but the lentils and quinoa look to have more whole grain. Not too sure but gonna give it a try this week. Loving dried cherries some am looking forward to that.
