I found this exercise video on Exercise on Demand this past week. Unlike other videos I have found this one I have actually dont twice already. There are a lot of obligue exercises in this video. It is a lot of motion that I do not do with the swim, bike, run workouts. It has lots of stretching in it. Long fluid motions. I have really enjoyed it.
As with the hill drills - I am adding to the mix.
