I ran at the creek today. Ran 1/2 mile in for 5 minutes. Walked. Sprinted. Walked. Sprinted. For next 1/2 mile. Ran for 1/4 mile. That pace was closer to 6 minutes for 1/2 mile. Walked next 1/4 mile. Then ran out the final 1/4 mile and continued back in for 1/4 mile at a run. Walked the last 1/4 mile out for a total of 31 minutes covering 2.5 miles. That just seems way too fast for me.
Maybe I should be happppyyyyy.
