does carrying my gym bag to and from work count as exercise
let's be honest i have known all week that some work items were going to take presidence over gym visits
and the weather last weekend lent to just wanting to stay inside
so the gym motivation has been minimal
this week it is going to be very warm so i hope that gets me up and out on saturday...
we shall see
