Adare Manor

Was our first night's stay.  My mom wanted to stay in a castle and this was one of the manor homes that made it to the final decision phase.  I would say it was well worth it.  We spent part of the day walking around the Village and then we took a tour of the estate...  I took a quick nap by the pool - in an effort to get used to the change in weather from summer in NC to Ireland.  Thankfully I realised I had left my camera behind before we headed out the next morning.
I'll have to focus on the food in another post.
